Outlook for nuclear power
Description
The decision of whether and when Australia should embrace nuclear energy as a source of power generation should not be rushed, according to Dr Ziggy Switkowski. There should be a reasoned debate and the wider community should be assisted in forming its views. There is no need to rush into a decision because nothing in this regard will have little effect in the short term, he told an audience of business people and engineers at the University of Technology Sydney last month
