Description
The system for readout of information from the drift chambers of parallel-series type is described. It allows one to essentially reduce a quantity of time-to-digital converters used. The results of testing the prototype of readout electronics for mini-drift chambers on a particle beam of 10 GeV/c momentum are presented. It is shown that this system could be used for readout of information from the precision drift chambers (σ ≅ 50 mum). 5 refs.; 6 figs
