Neutrino transitions in external field

νe→νμ transition in the field of plane-wave type induced by effective values of anomalous nagnetic and electric dipole moments of massive neutrinos is considered. A possible contribution of the given mechanism at the background of quantum-mechanical oscillation phenomena is discussed. 7 refs
