Phase composition and microstructure model of HTSC-ceramics Bi-Pb-Sr-Ca-Cu-O with TC = 101 K

Description
Bi-Pb-Sr-Ca-Cu-O ceramics with TC=101 K is synthesized and its phase composition is investigated by means of secondary electron emission, micro-x-ray spectral and x ray diffraction analysis. A microstructural ceramics model appears to be grains of HTSC-phase 2(Pb)212 with thin shell of HTSC phase 2(Pb)223
