Theoretical investigation of copper inner X-ray emission line in YBa2Cu3O7-δ

Description
Calculations of energy position of Kα copper line satellites in YBa2Cu3O7-δ corresponding to Kα-transition in presence of additional 3s- or 3h-hole are carried out. Weak dependence of calculation results both on calculation method and on selected model (efficient ion or cluster), and also on the fact if 3s- or 3p-electron is completely removed or transits to vacant molecular cluster orbital, is shown. It is concluded that at 2.5-4 eV distance from the basic line there are satellite lines which intensity enables to determine copper atom state in YBa2Cu3O7-δ HTSC
