Description
The Tsub(++--) polarization amplitude of the PSI → 3γ decay is calculated in the framework of the dispersion theory of charmonium. While comparing various dispersion sum rules for the amplitude the dispersion method is shown to provide one with self-consistent result in the case when the c-quark mass is assumed to be 1.35 GeV. Contribution of the amplitude in the probability of the PSI → 3γ decay in the dispersion approach is two fold more than in Ore-Powell calculations. Theoretical lower bounds for the probability of the decay are obtained: GITAsub(PSI → 3γ) > 1 eV
