Scintillation detectors for precise time measurements
Description
The time resolution of σ ∼ 60-70 ps is achieved with the scintillation counter based on the Russian FEU-87 photomultiplier and LHE JINR produced plastic scintillator. The optimization of the scintillator as well as the photomultiplier upgrade are described. The stability of the counter work is tested
