Description
The dielectric constant and conductivity of VO2 single crystals are measured in the frequency range 30 to 105 Hz and in the temperature range 77 to 250 K. Measurements are also made at 300 K in the frequency range 15 x 103 to 2 x 106 Hz. It is shown that the dielectric behaviour over these ranges is described by a Debye-type relaxation process with a distribution of relaxation times. The estimated value of the static dielectric constant of about 100 is found to show a weak dependence on temperature. (author)
