AES analysis of impurity components in the HL-1 tokamak

Description
In the HL-1 tokamak, the radial distribution of heavy metal impurities Mo, Cr and Ni, coming from the wall and limiter as a result of sputtering and evaporation, has been observed by Auger Electron Spectrum analysis of GH39 and Si collector probes which were positioned within the plasma scrape-off layer. The depth distribution of these impurities in deposit layers has also been obtained
