Induced oscillation of a domain wall at high frequency

Description

The dynamics of a domain wall (DW) motion in monocrystalline wafer of FeBO3 and YFeO3 has been studied. A simple and sensitive method of detection of DW oscillation amplitude on high frequencies up to 150x106 Hz has been proposed. It has been pointed out that characteristic breaks on the curves of the dependence of oscillation amplitude and DW rate on the magnitude of a forcing magnetic field take place when maximum velocity vsub(m)=2π#betta#xsub(0) (where #betta# is a forcing field frequency) coincides with velocities of acoustic (transverse and longitudinal) and spin waves. The other peculiarities of vsub(m)(h) functions at DW velocities of 0.5x103 m/s (FeBO3) and 2.3x103 m/s, 3.7x103 m/s, 18x103 m/s, 20x103 m/s (YFeO3) have been revealed. Regions with negative differential mobility and unstable DW motion have been found out. The domain structure spacing effect upon the DW differential mobility has been pointed out
