Description

We have developed routine irradiation and counting procedures by which some of the major elements in industrial raw materials can be analyzed by thermal NAA using the Nigeria Research Reactor-1 (NIRR-1) facilities. The analytical procedures were validated for kaolin, rocks, gypsum by the certified reference materials, GSR-1, GSD-11, BCS-264, BCS-563, and BCS-275
