Considerations of regulatory control on scrap metal recycling smelting enterprises

In this paper, a radioactive-contamination incident was analyzed. Based on the experiences and lessons gained, concern is focused on a few aspects that need to be considered on the ground of regulatory control, with some suggestions provided. (authors)
