The d-α elastic scattering and the lithium-6 in a three-body model with separable interactions
Description
This work consists in a three-body treatment of the six nucleon system. The model is constructed by considering two identical nucleons and a structureless alpha particle. Such a system can be described by the Faddeev-Lovelace equations. A partial antisymetrization is performed taking into account the identity of the nucleons. Pairwise interacting particles with nonlocal separable forces are introduced. Two-body potentials are chosen in each n-n and n-α partial wave. After an analysis of the existing separable interactions, new n-α and 1S0 parametrization are constructed. The sensitivity to the tensor force and the role of the N-α description are especially studied. The case of d-α elastic scattering is also discussed. The observables: differential cross-section, analyzing powers and transfer polarization coefficients are calculated and compared with experiments. The results show the ability of a three-body model with separable interactions in describing the main properties of the d-α elastic scattering and lithium-6

Ce travail represente une application du formalisme a trois corps au systeme a six nucleons. Ce modele est construit en considerant deux nucleons identiques et une particule alpha supposee sans structure. Les equations de Faddeev-Lovelace sont alors aptes a decrire un tel systeme. Une antisymetrisation partielle est effectuee, compte-tenu de l'identite des nucleons. On considere que les trois particules interagissent par paires, avec des forces non locales separables. En premier lieu, on choisit les potentiels a deux corps devant decrire les diverses ondes partielles nucleon-nucleon et nucleon-alpha. Une analyse est faite des interactions separables existantes et on construit de nouvelles parametrisations nucleon-alpha et 1S0. Les energies de liaison des niveaux du lithium-6 sont alors calculees a l'aide de differentes interactions. L'influence de la force tenseur et de la description de l'interaction nucleon-alpha est etudiee en detail. On considere d'autre part le cas de la diffusion elastique d-α. Les observables: section efficace differentielle, pouvoirs d'analyse et coefficients de transfert de polarisation sont calculees et comparees a l'experience.
