Study of structural state effect on relaxation properties of titanium and beryllium

Description

The technique of determining probabilistic characteristics of deformed metal-probability densities for yield limits distribution ρ(r) and relaxation times ρ(λ) from tension tests, is developed. The probability densities for relaxation time and yield limits for titanium and beryllium depend on the structural state of metal: plastic deformation brings about the decrease of dependence ρ(λ) quality factor, and gran size increase results in λ-bar increase as compared with fine-grain recrystallized metal
