Radiation effects in ionic crystals exposed to simultaneous action of radiation and electric and elastic fields
Description
Defect formation is studied by computer simulation for ionic crystals irradiated in free and tense states. Different processes of the excitation propagation in the crystal (crowdions, focusons) along with the generation of primary radiation Frenkel defects have been detected
