Test of Lorentz covariance and relativity of simultaneity

Description

A first order test of the universality of the Lorentz covariant process of clock synchronization is proposed. The test consists of synchronizing the clocks (here two pulsed lasers) via sound waves and checking the constancy of the velocity of light in all directions
