Breakdown of the B.C.S. theory in the new high-T/sub c/ superconductors
Description
The authors derive from thermodynamic data some of the basic ingredients that a coherent model for the new high T/sub c/ superconductors contain. In particular, this study demonstrates that, neither a BCS theory, in whatever strong or small coupling limit, nor a bipolaron model applies to the present situation
