This study reports three case studies (performed in the Sarlat area, Lille, and Saint-Paul in the Reunion island) based on a survey by interviews of different actors on remarkable actions by CCAS and CIAS (communal or inter-communal centres for social action) in these locations. The first part presents the results of a transverse analysis of these three case studies (an analysis of methods of detection and prevention of households in situation of energy poverty, conditions of transferability of actions of detection and prevention of energy poverty), and the second part presents the three case studies.
