Energy of activation for decomposition of pure and doped strontium carbonate from TG data
Description
Effect of impurities like Ksup(+), Casup(2+), Basup(2+), Cdsup(2+), Ysup(3+), Lasup(3+) and Dysup(3+) on the thermal decomposition of strontium carbonate has been studied employing thermogravimetry. The apparent activation energy (Ea) values of decomposition of pure as well as doped samples have been obtained using the equation of Coats and Redfern. (author)
