X-ray spectra and electronic structure of some metal oxides

Description

Atom X-ray spectra are recorded; electron structure of a number of metal ceramics and 3d- and 4d-metal binary oxides is investigated using them. Data on hybridization and distribution of partial states in the valent zone of a substance are obtained. Mechanisms of preserving the electric neutrality of an elementary cell in La-deficient HTSC are discussed. Correlations between the degree of copper atom valent electron delocalization and temperatures of YBa2Cu3O7-δ compound transition into superconducting state are detected. Oxygen atom X-ray spectrum as part of YBa2Cu3O6.95 HTSC Cu(1)-O(1)-Cu(1) chains is obtained
