Examples of acoustic emission test systems of various classes
Description
In detail described are the construction and operation of the ''Malakhit-AE-5B'' measuring system, intended for measuring and recording AE signals during acoustic emission (AE) testing of power reactors and determining at the same time the source location zones on the tested surface. The system includes receiving four-point piezoaerial, portable four-channel unit of preliminary amplifiers, cable lines, devices of non-computer analogue and digital processing, minicomputers, a device for the information input and output. Considered is the method of AE signal processing by means of computer with preliminary information storage. Block diagram of data processing is presented. Considered is the functional structure of the universal measuring-recording ''Malakhit-AE-6B'' AE-system. Described are the eight-channel installation ''Malakhit-AE-4A'' for registrating AE signals and AE recording ''Malakhit-AE-2B'' system with linear localization of the AE source
