Consequences of the Schroedinger equation for atomic and molecular physics
Description
The non-relativistic Schroedinger equation for a system of nuclei and electrons is considered and general properties of Hamiltonian H are treated and commented: self-adjontness of H, the spectrum of H, the discrete spectrum, the continuous spectrum, the limit of infinite nuclear mass, the limit of infinite nuclear charge.
