Stopping power of compounds for 16O and 19F ions

Description
The stopping powers of CaF2 and MoO3 for 16O and 19F were measured with heavy-substrate Rutherford backscattering technique. The present results are compared with the prediction of Bragg's rule, and strong deviation was observed. The experimental error is 5% or so
