Twisting modes

Description
New electromagnetic modes with odd magnetic field parity, the twisting modes, are described. These are closely related to the m=1 tearing modes, but are much more localized and are not restricted in azimuthal mode number. Unstable modes are found in the hydrodynamic and adiabatic electron dynamical regimes
