Angular loss studies on natural MoS2 surfaces by low-energy electron spectroscopy: influence of the surface cleavage
Description
Low-energy electron angular spectra have been measured on numerous cleavage surfaces of natural MoS2 but good angular results have been achieved with very few surfaces. It is very difficult to cleave the crystal well enough to obtain this kind of measurement. (author)
