RECUPERARE, a model of event including human reliability in nuclear plants
Description
The authors present a model and a method developed for operating feedback analysis but built on the french HRA principles. So, this model puts emphasis on the recovery process during events and the method uses a classification for the default-recovery links and delays for detection, diagnosis and actions. 900 events reported by EDF (1997-1998) had been reviewed through this model. Some results are presented. (author)
