Construction of multipoint rational approximation function taking into account series expansion on negative degrees

Description

The algorithm of construction of rational function, the arbitrary number of series expansion terms of which by positive and negative degrees (Z-Zsub(K)) in Zsub(K) points coincides with the given expansion, is reported. The algorithm can be used in the problem of subgroup constants construction for reactor calculations
