Description
Relaxation processes under excitation and damping of magnetoelastic eigenfrequency oscillations in FeBO3 ideal crystal are studied. Transition processes at excitation and damping of vibrations in FeBO3 are determined by different relaxation times and depend differently on vibration frequency and field intensity. In general case vibration amplitudes in transition processes are time modulated. At vibration excitation it results from difference between resonance frequency and frequency of external exciting force, while at damping - from interaction of magnetic and elastic excitations. Occurrence of nonlinearity of magnetoelastic vibrations is detected in neutron scattering
