Description

This paper deals mainly with the evidence for the existence of anisotropies of cosmic ray particles before they enter the solar cavity. The long quest for unambiguous evidence for such genuine anisotropies is not yet over and more data are needed to bring the quest to a satisfactory conclusion. But the present situation gives cause for the belief that the continued effort to determine their characteristics as a function of direction, energy, composition and time will be rewarding because of the information it may shed on the problems of the origin and propagation of cosmic rays. Abstract (German)

Die Arbeit behandelt vorwiegend die Anzeichen fuer das Vorhandensein von Anisotropien kosmischer Strahlungsteilchen vor ihrem Eintritt in den Sonnenhohlraum. Die lange Suche nach einem endgueltigen Beweis fuer derartige echte Anisotropien ist noch nicht vorueber, und es sind noch mehr Daten notwendig, um sie erfolgreich abzuschliessen. Die gegenwaertige Situation laesst jedoch hoffen, dass die weiteren Anstrengungen, ihre Eigenschaften in Abhaengigkeit von Richtung, Energie, Zusammensetzung und Zeit zu bestimmen, lohnende Informationen ueber die Probleme von Ursprung und Fortpflanzung kosmischer Strahlen liefern werden.
