Reactions if bis(phenylethynyl)ytterbium with chlorides of silicon, germanium, and tin organometallic compounds

Description
Interaction of bis(phenylethynyl)ytterbium and chlorides of trimethylsilicon, triphenylgermanium and trphenyltin in tetrahydrofuran (THF) at room temperature was studied for considering the reaction ability of rare earth phenylethynyl derivatives. It was ascertained that the reactions studied proceed under mild conditions that do not require the presence of a catalyst. According to elementary analysis data and IR spectroscopy the reactions give rise to formation of cross-combination products, i.e. PhCCYbCl(THF)2 and YbCl2(THF)2, with a high yield

С целью исследования реакционной способности фенилэтинильных производных редкоземельных элементов изучено взаимодействие бис(фенилэтинил)иттербия с хлоридами триметилкремния, трифенилгермания и трифенилолова в тетрагидрофуране (THF) при комнатной температуре. Установлено, что изученные реакции протекают в мягких условиях, не требующих присутствия катализатора. По данным элементного анализа и ИК спектроскопии в результате этих реакций с высоким выходом образуются продукты кросс-сочетания - PhCCYbCl(THF)2 и YbCl2(THF)2Additional details
