Description
The Atomic Law is the act of Polish Parliament from 29 November 2000 regulating activities linked with the use the atomic energy and radioactive materials in various areas of life in economic process of country development and in order to ensure radiation protection of citizens life, health and property, as well as environment against hazard likely to arise from the use of nuclear energy and materials. The act precises also duty of the head of the organizational entity conducting this activities
