Description

The Training Reactor VR-1 which is operated by the Czech Technical University in Prague is a key facility for nuclear education and training in the Czech Republic. The reactor is also used for research and development. Nowadays reactor staff is implementing three new experimental instrumentations to the reactor- the D-D neutron generator; development of new instrumentation MONTE-1 as well as neutron imaging is in early stage of development at the reactor.
