Monthly inspection summary report

The scope and findings of inspections and investigations made by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) are summarized in a monthly report. These include NRC reports on nuclear power reactors under construction or in operation. Information on individual facilities is presented, including such items as non-compliance with regulations, abnormal occurrence reviews, plant status and, for plants under construction, implementation of quality assurance audits. Copies of Inspection and Enforcement bulletins during the period covered by the report will be attached
