Lifetime measurements in 45Ca

Description
Lifetimes or lifetime limits for 13 excited levels in 45Ca have been determined by the Doppler shift attenuation method. Levels in 45Ca have been populated through the (d, p) reaction on an enriched target at 6 MeV bombarding energy. The experimental results are compared with the theoretical predictions of the spherical shell model in the full f-p configuration space. (author)
