Obtaining of high-yield strains of Agaricus bisporus (J. Lge) Imbach using UV-Irradiation

Description

The possibility of growing new forms of Agaricus bisporus (J. Lge) Imbach with the changed crop capacity and albumen content under the effect of different doses and sources (lamp and laser) of UV-irradiation, has been studied. The 125 strain of the Ukr. SSR Academy of Siences has been subjected to investigations. The maximum crop capacity (2,11 kg/m2 higher than the control crop capacity) has been obtained with the density of lamp irradiation energy of 0.6 J/cm2. Crop capacity increase for laser irradiation is observed at the energy density of 4.8 J/cm2
