Studies of crystalline structure of La2-xSrxCuO4-δ compound by resonance reaction 18O(p,α)15N

Description
The comparison between experimental results and theory shows that the oxygen subsystem in the crystal La2-xSrxCuO4-δ has unusual features: it is appreciably disordered (20%) in reference to Cu and La atoms, whose arrangement is nearly perfect; the thermal oscillation amplitudes of the oxygen atoms in the plane perpendicular to the (001) axis in the La-Cu-O chains exceeds the value for the oxygen atoms in the chains
