Description

The electrical resistance and magnetic properties of Fe85-xCrxB15 (0 ≤ x ≤ 21.5) amorphous alloys are measured in a wide temperature range. The Curie and the crystallization temperatures are determined also from the temperature dependence of the resistance. The exchange constant, the mean magnetic moment, the TCR (temperature coefficient of the resistance), and the crystallization temperature have different concentration dependence below and above 10 at% Cr content. This can be attributed to different magnetic structure and chemical and/or topological short range order below and above this concentration. (author)
