Measurements of the cross sections of the reactions 115In(n, 2n) 114mIn and 113In(n, 2n) 112mIn

Description
The cross sections of the reaction 115In(n,2n) 114mIn are meadured by activation technique at 15.75MeV using three different methods-absolute measurement with telescope, measurements relative to reactions of 56Fe (n, p) and 27Al(n,4He). The cross sections of reactions 115In(n,2n) 114mIn and 113In(n,2n)'112mIn are measured at some points between 12.7MeV and 18.6MeV. Careful corrections for the neutron fluence, self-absorption and finite sample area, etc, are considered. The results show there are no significant discrepancies (larger than experimental uncertanties) in the reaction 115In(n,2n)114mIn at 15.75 MeV with the three different methods. The results are compared with the previous results
