Thermo field dynamics and the generation of bosonic coherent states
Description
The time-dependent bosonic state of an interacting field theory is constructed explicitly, to lowest order in the interaction, within the framework of the Schwinger-Keldysh formalism. The result is a coherent state, thus justifying the usual semiclassical treatment of the bosons, but also opening a new way for going beyond the mean-field approximation. (orig.)
