Description
The function of stellar formation and the genetics of pulsars origin are discussed. It is shown that the pulsar progenitors are stars of the main sequence with masses >5Msub(Sun) almost for all types of the function of masses discussed in the literature. Pulsars are genetically connected with Supernova explosions (mainly of type II). The probability of a ''quiet collapse'' is extremely small. Thus, the hypothesis of the pulsars formation from the objects of extreme flat Population of the Galaxy is confirmed on the more complete and statistically homogeneous material
