ESR of europium-doped indium phosphide

Description
Indium phosphide crystals containing aproximately 0.1 mass% are studied in order to determine the charge and magnetic state of europium impurity in A3B5 semiconductor compounds. The ESR sectra were measured within the 3-80 K temperature range. Temperature and angular ESR dependences of InP < Eu > crystal are presented
