Tritium autoradiography of internal structure in metallic materials by replica method and scan electron microscopic observation

Description
Tritium electron microscopic autoradiography were analyzed about metallic structure and hydrogen trapping sites by replica method and scan electron microscopy due to direct observation method. Tritium trapping sites were observed along the interface of grain boundary and basic phases, in the vicinity of boundary triple lines, precipitate and martensite lath. (author)
