The authors present complex view for issues of Crohn´s disease in the upper digestive tract - proximal form of disease. The introduction of the article they are focused on the differential diagnostics of this rarely forms of Crohn´s disease. They emphasize correct and urgent surgery. They describe appropriate methods for solution of Crohn´s disease complications. (author)
