Dependence of the superconduction transition parameters in PbTe on the species and content of isovalent impurity

Description
Consideration is given to results of experimental study of the effect of isovalent atom substitution in metallic sublattice PbTe on superconducting transition parameters. Solid solutions of Pb1-xAxTe (A-Ge, Si) type with fixed content of thallium addition NTl=2 at % were investigated
