Gamma and electron beams high dose dosimetry of glass detectors

Description

The possibility of use of four different kinds of commercial glass samples for gamma and electron beams high dose dosimetry was verified. Calibration curves were obtained through optical absorption (densitometry and spectrophotometry) and thermoluminescence measurements. The studied material showed its utility for the proposed utilization, with the main advantage of low cost. (author)
