On atomization of yttrium, lanthanum and neodymium in acetylene - nitrous oxide flame
- 1. Moskovskij Gosudarstvennyj Univ. (USSR)
Description
The linear absorption method was used to estimate atomized fractions for yttrium, lanthanum and neodymium in acetylene-nitrous oxide flame: βsub(a)(La)=0.14+-0.01, βsub(a)(Nd)=0.29+-0.01, βsub(a)(Y)=0.63+-0.01. The stability of gaseous compounds, ionization degree and relative population of low atomic levels for the elements have been calculated. Each of these factors affects the sertivity of flame atomic absorption measurements
