Description

The method that will be reviewed here was developed as a systematic nonperturbative scheme which provides an analytic tool for the study of quantum Hamiltonian systems on the lattice. We will start by following the definitions of ref. 1 and one of the solvable models on which it was tested, and then review the results of its application to the SU(2) lattice gauge theory in 3 + 1 dimensions and the SU(3) theory3 in the pure gauge sector
