Development of new materials, technologies and equipment for production of nuclear power station components

Description
In the paper results of recent activities in the development of new materials and technologies provided for manufacturing pressure components of nuclear power stations with reactors of PWR-type are presented. Particular attention is given to the role of complex optimization of the whole technological cycle in reducing work comsumption, shortening production cycle and achieving higher quality of the final product. The role of automation of certain technological processes in increasing production effectivity and achieving higher performance standard of particular operations is also emphasized. The paper is illustrated by numerous examples of technological equipment and results of application of new technologies. (author)
