Intensity profiles in a polychromatic focus of energy-dispersive X-ray spectrometer
Description
The calculations of the value of radiation intensity in a polychromatic focus of X-ray spectrometer have been accomplished in the paper. The spatial and spectral intensity distributions in the focus were determined and the corresponding resolutions were estimated
