Optical spectra of LnBa2Cu3Oz compounds

Description
Optical spectra of LnBa2Cu3Oz(Ln-Sm, Gd) monocrystal are measured within 1-5 eV energy range under 300 K and they are compared with spectra of (123) type yttrium compounds. Peculiarities characteristics both type are shown to manifest themselves in LnBa2Cu3Oz optical spectra
